Can I change or cancel my order?
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. Any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests made after this time will be denied.
Once received, your order may be returned for a full refund.


What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods, including VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, and PayPal.


When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday to Friday within 1–3 business days and shipped the day after processing. We do not ship on weekends.
Please allow extra time during holidays and sales.


How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, delivery may take 2–4 weeks.


What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order does not arrive within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
